When taking on a land reclamation project, straw mulch is often the medium of choice to keep the newly planted seed protected and in place. Our Skid Steer Straw Crimper solves the problems of heat, erosion and run-off on newly seeded grass with the application of straw mulch. The blades push and slice the straw into the soil without disturbing the fresh seed base. Grass seeding along highways, municipal sites, and larger areas prone to erosion, are ideal applications for a crimper of this size and extreme build quality. • 2 sizes available (76" & 100") for varying skid sizes. • Extreme duty, notched, 1/4" AR400 20" diameter blades. • 4 massive pillow bearings around 2" dual axle shafts. • Tough powder coat finish ensures long lasting durability and prevents rust.
